MPC Property Developments is a boutique property development and renovation company founded by husband and wife team Chris and Pauline.  They now see property developing as their main full time career and are regulars on the hit BBC property show ‘Homes Under the Hammer’.

The main principle at MPC Property Developments is to create stunning, well-finished and good quality homes that the MPC team can be proud of.  We build and design the homes to a quality standard that we would be happy to live in them ourselves and that the purchasers can simply move into with no hassles and no worries. As we like to say, “Making Homes for Living”.

MPC began in 2014, and has grown rapidly and has quickly turned itself into a very successful business with a multimillion-pound turnover.  However more importantly for us is that we have created many stunning homes that have some very happy new owners.  Our ethos is that is we build and design it right and do it well then the financial side will just fall into place.

MPC Property Developments not only transforms tired old properties but we can also share our wealth of experience with our consultancy services that covers buying at auction to interior design and everything in-between.

Our Team

  • Chris Costello
Following graduation Chris went into the City and worked for many leading Banks and financial institutions. Concurrently to this Chris’ interest in property started with his first property purchase in 1994, a two bed room flat for £83,000 in London! After a few years of letting his spare room he soon realised the benefits of building a buy to let portfolio and within 8 years he had built up a portfolio of properties across London and the North East with a value in excess of £3,000,000.

Currently Chris is steadily divesting from his buy to let portfolio to increase the available capital to MPC so Chris, Pauline and the team can work on increasing amount of projects every year.
  • Pauline Costello
After completing post graduation qualifications Pauline went into the City and worked for many leading Banks and financial institutions. Pauline first invested in property in 2001 and has been a Landlady for over ten years.

Pauline has since studied Interior Design at both the University of the Arts London and KLC School of Design. She brings her flair and innovative design to each of the MPC’s developments.
